Help needed on ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

Please provide me solution of this error which I am getting, quick and kind reply will be appreciated.

The Error is when accessing an Oracle 10g database from IIS 6.0 using Oracle ODBC drivers (O.S:windows 2003 SP2).

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified /_forms/DB_Error.asp, line 20

I have tried all possible solution available from this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841922 but didn't worked , please provide me solution and Standard typical ways to configure IIS.
