Host a Asp.net Mvc Core website on IIS

The easiest solution would be to install the required .NET framework on the IIS machine and then simply deploy your application.

Hosting a latest ASP.NET Core MVC application on IIS is similar to hosting an earlier version of ASP.NET Core.

1. Install the .NET Core Hosting Bundle on the server where you want to host the website. This bundle includes the .NET Core Runtime, IIS support, and the ASP.NET Core Module

2. Configure the application pool. In IIS Manager, click on the server name, then click on "Application Pools." Create a new application pool or select an existing one and configure it to use the No Managed Code option under the "Advanced Settings" option.

3. Create a Web.config file in the root of your application. This file tells IIS how to handle incoming requests and how to start your application.

Install ASP.Net Core Module in Server or Local Machine ( Where you are going to host)

Use No Managed Code while creating App Pool

Rest as per BAU such as folder Creation and Keeping the published files in the folder...
