Host Winforms Application (cloud) without the database

Question

Hello everyone, 

 

We are working on a WinForms application (C#). Our database is POSTGRESQL. Our users are from different sides of the country (with more or less 100 users). What we wanted is that, we need to put somewhere our WinForms application (published of .exe file) in the cloud so that whenever we have an update, it will be automatic when our users connect to the internet. Imagine the game Mobile Legend...that's what we wanted to accomplish. Hope someone can point in the right direction. Thank you once again.
