How can i create a menu dropdown in Asp.netMVC using jquery?

Hi..

You can refer to the following article:

Working with DropDownList in MVC 5 using jQuery

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff679948.aspx

This link shows how to convert action links to tabs. Should be similar process for menu. Try replacing $("menucontainer").tabs(); with $("menucontainer").menu();

Have a look at JQuery UI:  http://jqueryui.com/menu/#icons
