Its really easy to implement , please find code snippet below :

// For Year

SELECT DATEDIFF(year, '2010/01/04', '2018/01/04') AS DiffrencedDate;

// For Months

SELECT DATEDIFF(month, '2010/01/04', '2018/01/04') AS DiffrencedMonth;

// For Days

SELECT DATEDIFF(day, '2010/01/04', '2018/01/04') AS DiffrencedDays;

Don't use the property that contains total. TotalDays will return the difference between 2 dates. You can concat your string and use the tspan.Year, tspan.Month, tspan.Days

@ amit I have used Timespan but it shows only total days. don't know about tapan, can you explain how to use it

Have you tried putting subtract operator

var tspan = endDate - startDate;

// You can fetch years, months, days etc from tspan.
