How can I get selected column value in my textbox?????????

can anyone plz tell me .........

Accepted answer
step 1. Attach selected index change event on gridview.
"Server" ID="Gridview1" AutoGenerateColumns="False" OnSelectedIndexChanged="Gridview1_SelectedIndexChanged Width="306px" Height="137px">
step 2.
protected void Gridview1_SelectedIndexChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    txtName.Text = Gridview1.SelectedRow.Cells[1].Text;
    txtCity.Text = Gridview1.SelectedRow.Cells[2].Text;
    txtCountry.Text = Gridview1.SelectedRow.Cells[3].Text;
}
there are other ways also, let me know if you don't like this approach.

use this then
under columns of Gridview place this
"Select" CommandName="Select" ItemStyle-Width="150" />
rest will be exactly the same as i mentioned earlier, onSelectedIndexChanged on gridview and the event on code behind.

but I changed autoGeneratedcolumn is false

OnSelectedIndexChanged event will automatically generate a link named select on gridview on each row.
