The are three HTML converters in HiQPdf library: HTML to PDF, HTML to SVG and HTML to Image that can be used to create high quality PDF documents, SVG vector images and raster images.
C# does not support this directly because Adobe is a third party vendor. You have to use external 3rd party libraries such as itextSharp, PDF Sharp, PDF Metamorphosis etc or something similar to achieve this.
