how can move shape i have drawn in form

Question

i am doing something like the sample code in the http://www.c-harpcorner.com/1/pbrush.asp the PaintBrush in C# example.but now i want to move the shape that i have drawn in the form to reposition it.how can i do so and how can i know which shape my mouse is clicking.that mean when the mouse is on top of the shape, the shape will change colour bt the mouse move away th colour change back to original.thank you for your reply
