How can we get mobile contact in pc using C#.net

Hi. Every one

i am developing one app in C#.net in that app i need connect to mobile and get contact which is stored in that mobile And that contact should be display in the application

if connect through the bluetooth its fine

if possible the please reply

There are many kinds of smart- and cellphones with many different capabilities and operatinf systems (Blackberry OS, Andriod, IOS ... ).
Many of them bringing SDKs to solve problems like this.

1) For what smartphone do yo want to create your application?
2) Search for a developer program or a SDK
3) Learn how the API works
4) Implement the functionality in your tool
