How could I add Timer for GTK Monodevelop Csharp application

Hello! How are you doing? 

 

I want to create a progress loading bar Gtk window application using Monodevelop, I watched on Youtube that the way to make the progress bar loading is by adding a Timer to it, unfortunately in the video tutorial they were applying this method on Microsoft Visual studio...

 

I wonder is there any possible way to add Timer to my GTK mono develop application, since I could not find a timer to add and program in my monodevelop tools..
