How do i combine 2 db table to another 1

Hi Priyaranjan, i want this to perform from a front end platform which mean currently i have two gridview on my webpage, 1 for Customer table and 1 for Pet table.. so i would like the customer to choose a pet.. so once the customer have choose a pet then it will go into another table where it shows only the customer name and the pet name
