How do set resize for the datagridview column header?

hi friends,
i've created a datatgridview with two columsn one textbox and another with checkboxes and this checkbox column has a checkbox column header.

When i resize teh columns the checkbox header, does not align with the checkbox columns it moves in to the textbox column.
How do i fix this issue?
