For your structure follow this
public class Product
{
public int Id{get;set;}
public string ProductName {get;set;}
public DateTime StartDate{get;set;}
public DateTime EndDate{get;set;}
public int RemainingDays{get;set;}
public string Message {get;set;}

}
public List GetProductWithRenew()
{
List products=new List();
using(SqlConnection con=new SqlConnection(cs))
{
SqlCommand cmd=new SqlCommand("select * from tblProduct",con);
con.Open();
SqlDataReader rdr=cmd.ExecuteReader();
while(rdr.Read())
{
Product p= new Product();
p.Id=Convert.Int32(rdr[0]);
p.ProductName=rdr[1].ToString();
p.StartDate=Convert.ToDateTime(rdr[2]);
p.EndDate=Convert.ToDateTime(rdr[2]);
p.RemainingDays=(p.EndDate - p.StartDate).TotalDays;
if(p.RemainingDays<=0)
{
p.Message="Expired";
}else
{
p.Message="Will expire after "+p.RemainingDays;
}
products.Add(p);
}

}
return products;
}

We store the product's expiry date in a database table column.
ProductId ProductName ProductExpiryDate
1 Med1 12/02/2022
2 Med2 15/05/2022

From our application, we just retrieve the value and try to find out which products are going to expire this (current) month, so that we can book them in advance from the vendor.
you can get it as
public class Product
{
public int Id{get;set;}
public string ProductName {get;set;}
public DateTime ProductExpiryDate{get;set;}
public bool shouldRenew {get;set;}

}
public List GetProductWithRenew()
{
List products=new List();
using(SqlConnection con=new SqlConnection(cs))
{
SqlCommand cmd=new SqlCommand("select * from tblProduct",con);
con.Open();
SqlDataReader rdr=cmd.ExecuteReader();
while(rdr.Read())
{
Product p= new Product();
p.Id=Convert.Int32(rdr[0]);
p.ProductName=rdr[1].ToString();
p.ProductExpiryDate=Convert.ToDateTime(rdr[2]);
p.shouldRenew=ShouldRenew(Convert.ToDateTime(rdr[2]));
products.Add(p);
}

}
return products;
}

public bool ShouldRenew(DateTime exDate)
{
bool shouldRenew = ExpiryDate.AddMonths(-1) > DateTime.Now;
return shouldRenew;
}

ProductId	ProductName	ProductExpiryDate
1	Med1	12/02/2022
2	Med2	15/05/2022
