Jquery is nothing itself its just a libaray file that enhances the working of javascript.
Thanks to open source freelancers those have contributed such amazing library.
- jQuery Is Cross-Browser
- jQuery Supports Ajax
- jQuery Selectors
- jQuery Handles Page Loads
- jQuery Lets You Create HTML
- jQuery Supports Animation
The oficial jQuery Web site, http://www.jquery.com/.Accessing page elements such as
and
is tough in JavaScript, and it's made
tougher by cross-browser issues. jQuery
lets you address anything in a page with a
much-needed selector language (based on
Cascading Style Sheet, or CSS, selectors so
it's easy to learn).
and Effects
i thinks its enough to create your interest in jquery a lot.
