How to add applicationhost.config file in gitignore

.vs/

should exclude the entire folder

applicationhost.config

should exclude all files named that.

The only reason I can think of is that these files are already checked in. You may have to manually remove them from git.

I tried following option but its not working

applicationhost.config

**/applicationhost.config

/.vs/config/applicationhost.config

Just open your .gitignore file in a text editor and add applicationhost.config on a new line, then save.
