how to add new row in grid with its data from database?

i have billno when i enter bill no in a textbox a grid should populate with its date and invoice no.

again if i enter different billno a new row should be added with its required data from database to the gridview.

You need to create a SQL query that selects Date and Invoice Number based from the Bill Number. For example,
SELECT Date, InvoiceNo FROM YourTable WHERE BillNo = @BillNo
In your C# code, you can then store the result from your query in a DataTable and then populate your GridView. Each time you add a new BillNo, you just append the value to the existing DataTable so that it will show them in the GridView.
