How to add rows in gidview and database in runtime in c#

It took me a minute to figure out what "inc#" is. At first I thought you were asking about a corporaton ("inc.").
 
Most programs that use a database use forms bound to the database. There are many articles about that. You can get Visual Studio and .Net to do most of the programmoing for you.

There is one feature of gridview is to insert command column. Several articles available in this site. Go through them.
