Hi Sowjanya, you can add table following below step:

1. Open Power Apps--> Click on Data -->Click on Tables--> click on New Table as depicted below.

Hi Sowjnaya,

You can also use Datatable control and pass the list as the data source. It will create the data table you want.

Best way is to use blank vertical Gallery control and on top of it, you can add Labels which will look like column header. In Gallery map the data using Thisitem.
If you have static content to show in table, you can create the collection and pass it to the gallery control.
