How to avoid duplicating when inserting both lines at once

Hello friends first I will explain the state after I will give you my need

I have a datagridview with a checkbox I check the lines after I click on the "save" button and normally the lines I check they will have to be inserted both in the other table but I find that just one line that was Insert twice

The second problem is that I want the lines I inserted I want the most to see when I click on the search button because there are already assigned in the table

You will find the two interfaces that process the state

As already stated, it was a partial code and cannot be figure it out in an efficient way

you need to debug your code and get the value appearing in the intellisense and try to execute in SSMS.

If it was totally correct, then use that query and build your project further.

The code was written in a improper way and needs to be optimized when you work in a project otherwise it can create confusion and you cannot figure it out the exact problem.

I am marking some of the code
like

to be written as

... optimize your code as the above, so that it should be look clean and easy to maintain.
Furthermore, you need to debug your code and get the value appearing in the intellisense and try to execute in SSMS.

By seeing only the interface, it was too difficult to assume the problem. It might be problem in your insert query. You need to debug your code and find the problem. If still not got resolve then you need to share your code and point out the area.
