How to Bind datalist in Client side using Jquery and Ajax

How to Bind datalist in Client side using Jquery and Ajax,I tried But i cant bind the datalsit.I get the values from server side but i cannot bind the values in the client side.Please Help

I get my values .There is no issue on it.I cannot bind the values in the datalist.May i know My code is Right or Wrong?

Hi,
I think best you should create webmethod for get details from server side and consume webmethod on client side.
