How to binding when selected a drop down list id that time text box values display on data grid view empty cell.

Once check my image link sir,

in my image i am put 2 drop down list, when i am select a first drop down list records display on data grid view after that i am select a 2nd drop down list that time i want data grid view empty cells binds records from 2nd drop down list text values.

How to create sir, give me solution sir.
