I have reactive form in Angular 7. I have to Give validation to the control while build the form.

Hi, This is the sample I am sharing with you:
import {Component, Inject} from '@angular/core';
import {FormBuilder, FormControl, FormGroup, Validators} from '@angular/forms';
/* . . . */
@Component({
  selector: 'app-disabled-form-control',
  template: `
    "control" placeholder="First">
  `
})
export class DisabledFormControlComponent {
  control: FormControl;

  constructor(private fb: FormBuilder) {
    this.control = fb.control({value: 'my val', disabled: true});
  }
}
As per above code, you can put your logic as per your requirement
