how to clear application form after submit the data in mvc ?

Hi frnds

i created application form in mvc.

i inserted the data in data base and getting the successful msg.

after i want my applicatin view sholud be clear show but here showing data which i inserted

i used ModelStale.clear();

still not clear the view

so to do this ?

i used temp data also but not getting the clear view

Hi,
I faced this issue arround one month before, after lot of hours spend no result found at last clear the textbox values with the help of jquery code with condition. I don't know this a VS bug or something any issue.
