How to Clear model after submit the data in database in MVC

Clearing model means its like deleting the records from the database. If you really want to delete item an item you can use the remove() and savechanges().

If your intention is clearing the fields of your view after submit :

Let me discuss about that with a start of small note :

Insertion of data in MVC can be done by postback by beginform method or via ajax call

If you are inserting by postback from beginform method, you dont want to take care about the data clearance from the fields.

From second way, i.e, via ajax call : You needs to clear the data mannually by using jquery or javascript.

like : $("#txt").val('');

Hope you understood a bit. If not come up with your query.

If it helps mark as answer.

Thank you.
