How to clear the form data in MSAccess?

Hi, Good morning to all.

I have designed a form using MsAccess ,in that i was kept one button as New Record,whenever click on button i want form with new record ,in that i want to enter some data.but i am getting previous record with data?how to clear that data for new data entry.

please help me

Thanks for your valuable replies and suggesitions.I did my requirement using your replies,thanks for that. One more doubt when i click on new record button,then enter the details,then save the record.now my requirement is print the current record details as a report(i did report also).how print current Record details.

plz help me

take a button name it as "AddNew" ,double clck on button and then write the following code to clear all text boxes
example:
textbox1.text="";
textbox2.text="";
textbox3.text="";

1. Open the database and click the Office Button
2. Click the Access Options button at the bottom of the menu
3. Click Current Database on the left pane
4. Under Application Options click the Display Form drop-down and choose the form you want users to see when they open the database
5. Click OK

Thanks for your reply,i am using just msaccess database only,in that i have designed one form for dataentry,using that i have designed one report.now my requirement is whenever click on new record button ,i want to open a form with new record.and when ever open a msaccess database i want startup page as form(which i was designed).how to write code for startup macro

You need to give more information. What technology using, is it a web/windows application etc..

In the new button click event , what are you doing?

You have clear all textbox/control values and you no need to move to EOF /BOF.
