How to clear variable permanantly from memory dump?

Need to put more information here. Because managed .NET objects clearance would be taken care by .NET framework itself using Garbage Collector. But if you are using ported obects which are not .NET native (e.g. COM), then you need to handle them manually. So please tell what kind of objects are in scope? paste code sample
