1. In SQL Server Management Studio Object Explorer, right-click the server, and then click Properties.
2. On the Security page, under Server authentication, select the new server authentication mode, and then click OK.
3. In the SQL Server Management Studio dialog box, click OK to acknowledge the requirement to restart SQL Server.
4. In Object Explorer, right-click your server, and then click Restart. If SQL Server Agent is running, it must also be restarted.
using  Transact-SQL

ALTER LOGIN sa ENABLE ;

GO

ALTER LOGIN sa WITH PASSWORD = '' ;

GO

Hi Ashutosh,
using Transact-SQL
ALTER LOGIN sa ENABLE ;
GO
ALTER LOGIN sa WITH PASSWORD = '' ;
GO
instead of this i tried below command

Create login sa with password = '12345' in master database by using this i can access sql database but i am doing some asp.net core hands on with sql server while using EF Core i got 'Can not create database in Master' this meesage i got. Permission issue i got it here.

In sql Server popup select
Authentication mode from dropdown
And Enter Id/Password which you had set at the the time of install sql server
