How to create a Setup file using Install shield?

While I create setup file using Install-Shield after I installed and run the project it showing Database.mdf is read only?

My Connection string is :

"Data Source=(LocalDB)\v11.0;AttachDbFilename=|DataDirectory|\\Database.mdf;Integrated Security=True;User Instance=true"

Localdb has a disadvantage, this required .Net Framework 4.0.2 to be installed on the target machine. Do install this and your issue will be fixed.

Hi.
Obviously it will show Unable to connect to Server because that connectionstring belongs to your local and in other system can't access your local connectionstring. So For that you need to keep this database in a server so that everyone can access it .

Sir my connection string is : connectionString = "Data Source=(LocalDB)\\MSSQLLocalDB;AttachDbFilename=|DataDirecto‌ry|\\Database.mdf;In‌tegrated Security=True" .It is only work in the local machine...it doesnot work in other system...showing Unable to connect to Server..
