How to create a sum value ??

How can i to add this new vale as a part of the PNL field in order to this be show when i run the main query??

 

for example add another case when in the main case when which created the PNL field.

In other words this PNL field is part of one main select and it was created by using CASE WHEN clause, so now i want to add the "new Value" inside the main Query

 

For example:

 

 

how can i add the new value within CASE WHEN clause as a part of the PNL field?

To create a "New Value" record number 17 in this case, of field PNL as a result of to add values of records Cost + Financial income, net  

 

for example: 

NewValue= 589979239877.38 + 5274955325.04 = XXXXX
