How to create and publish a NuGet package using Visual Studio

1. Create .Net Standard class library
2. write your logic - develop your project
3. Package Configuration:

   1. Create a NuGet Package Configuration File:

      • Right-click on your project in Solution Explorer.
      • Choose Add -> New Item....
      • Search for "NuGet" and select "NuGet Configuration File."
      • Name it YourProjectName.nuspec.

   2. Configure the .nuspec file:

      Open the .nuspec file and provide the necessary information like title, version, author, description, etc.

    Your Name
    Your Name
    A short description of your package.
  

4. Build your project

5. Pack Your Project:

      This will generate a NuGet package in the bin\Debug or bin\Release folder.

6. Publish to NuGet.org:

1. Create a NuGet.org Account:

   If you don't have one, create an account on NuGet.org.

2. Obtain API Key:

   • Log in to NuGet.org.
   • Go to your account settings and generate an API key.

3. Publish Using Visual Studio:

   • Right-click on your project in Solution Explorer.
   • Choose Publish.
   • Select NuGet.org as the target.
   • Enter your API key and click Publish.

7. Try to add your package in other project:

Visit NuGet.org and search for your package to ensure it's published correctly.

check, Your NuGet package is now published. you can be consumed by others using NuGet package manager in Visual Studio for other projects.
