How to create Automated schedular using window service in c#

Thanks Sanwar, I have already checked these links, but in my requirement  I need to create timer controls dynamically.

 I have a database table and user may add new requirement to schedule any job. so i need to check this table dynamically and create dynamic timer control and assigned with the request. so that associated timer will be responsible to run that job.
