Hi Alriyan,

I think you have tried to create default form using SP Designer.
But as you are not setisfied with this approach, next best thing can be SharePoint InfoPath Form. It will be more easy to do any other custom form. Also, here is a quick procedure to create an infopath form on existing SP List.

But if you are working with SP Online, then i suggest you to work with SharePoint Framework on which you will get an client web-part to deploy in the list.
