How to Create Dynamic or Customized Page in MVC

your requirement seems to be unique or it seems you may need to change your approach.

if you are running some application and want to give use the option to add new page in that application itself then this must be avoided entirely. how are you going to deploy the application again ? what about the coding?

instead of think of different solution. if all the user wants is to have a new page throw to them as per thier selection, then create a solution which will render data/content based on user choice.

you only take input for content and let them choose style, and your application generates page accordingly. it short, like a CMS.
