Create Image Avatar using Microsoft Designer :If you're new to avatars, select one of the avatars on the screen, or select Shuffle until you find one you like. Choose Customize to change your avatars body and features, and Style to change their clothes and accessories.
DALL-E-3:If you create Image Avatar use DALL-E-3 option also.
