How to create, write & read file in uwp?

I am just a beginner and trying to learn file handling in UWP. I tried many codes from internet but they didnt work. some of them got compiled without error but i didnt find any created text file in my pc.

It will be a great favour to tell me that, "How to create, write & read file in uwp?" (an easy approach)
