How to created dynamic tab that holds pages

Question

Hi i want to create a dynamic tab. means when click on a button a tab automatically created. and the content area of tab must show the data of another page. when i perform any action on it, it shud not go any where else. i have used some jquery dynamic tab cods but it doesnt show that data of a particular page. please tell me how to create it.
