.NET Framework : Core framework for building application
ASP.NET : mechanism and Part of .NET framework for building websites and webapplications
C# : CLS designed for .NET framework to write code. Its a programming language.
So,
you can write ASP.NET apps on the .NET Framework with coding language using C#.

ASP.NET is Microsoft's version. You can relate this with smart phones. Like, samsung uses Android OS while Nokia uses Microsoft's windows OS. Similarly, if you chose Microsoft technology to build a website then you have to do it with ASP.NET using C# or VB.
About C#, it is a high level language following Object Oriented Programming Principal. You can compare it with JAVA for your understanding. So to build ASP.NET website/webpage/webform (you can think all as same for now) you need to first learn and understand C#. Then slowly you can move to ASP.
To sum up, "C# is a programming language, while ASP.NET is a framework used for building dynamic web pages. You can use C# (or VB, or other supported languages) to write applications with the ASP.NET framework."
Hope this helps :)

By Using ASP.NET we may can create Web pages or Web forms , i.e., web forms are combination of .aspx page and .cs page by using this web forms we may can create design page(in .aspx) with the help of master page i.e., view page for this the best example is facebook as Mr.Arunava said, .aspx page is view page it will collect the details from you from view and .cs will carry those given details to database this the work of simple web forms
