Hello Srikanth,

Try below steps.

1. Create a Google Cloud Project: You need to create a Google Cloud project and obtain the required credentials (e.g., API Key or OAuth Client ID) to access the Google Cloud APIs.
2. Set up the ServiceNow Discovery Connector: Install the Google Cloud Discovery Connector in ServiceNow and configure it with the credentials obtained in the previous step.
3. Create a Discovery Schedule: In ServiceNow, create a Discovery Schedule to define when and how often the Google Cloud resources should be discovered.
4. Define the Discovery Source: In ServiceNow, create a Discovery Source that specifies the type of Google Cloud resources to be discovered, such as Google Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, or Google Cloud Storage.
5. Start the Discovery: Once the Discovery Schedule and Discovery Source are configured, start the Discovery process. ServiceNow Discovery will use the Google Cloud APIs to retrieve information about the Google Cloud resources and add them to the CMDB.

Note : that the specific steps and details for discovering Google Cloud resources in ServiceNow Discovery may vary depending on the version of ServiceNow and the Google Cloud products used. Be sure to refer to the ServiceNow and Google Cloud documentation for the latest information.

Thanks
