First save all the images in a folder. Then when some user select country in drop-down then based on that display the country image.you can relate this example with your implement, https://www.talkingdotnet.com/show-image-preview-before-uploading-using-angular-7/

Hello ahmed,
May i know do you have all images of that flag if you have then you just need to save your flag with country code which is unique for every country and then when you click on the specific country then based on that country code fetch only that flag .So i can do this one in a small example and will send it to you
