how to display the data inside the treeview without db??

my design is like the below

India
+North
+UP
-Varanasi

-Ilhadabad
+Maharastra
-pune
-Mumbai
+South

so i want to display in varanasi like male=100, female=130

without using data base..

So Anjali how you want to pass treeview nodes text either hard coded or having some collection or XML data?
