You must consider reading more about Thread Safety . Thread safety allows you to hold the member values valid when they are being used by multiple threads. The problem you are talking about comes in action when multiple users access values, and both of them use the same value to perform actions.

Obviously in such cases the problem arises and the product may be wanted by both of them, or one of them would be expecting a delivery but won't get it and so on and so forth. But you can overcome is by ensuring that the objects and members are thread safe. What language are you using? If that is C#, you can use the locks to ensure thread-safety, but then rises the problem of deadlock. ;-)
