Hi Dinesh, I assume in your combo box have three items like Name. Ajay, Sorav, Dinesh. I think you want when select the Dinesh enable radio button is that right. if(yourComboboxName.Text=="Dinesh") { radiobuttonName.enable=true; } else { radiobuttonName.enable=false; }

Hi Dinesh, Use this line to disable radiobutton. //To disable radiio button $( "input[type=radio]" ).attr( 'disabled' , true ); //to Enable radio button $( "input[type=radio]" ).attr( 'disabled' , false ); You can use these line according your condition. Mark as answer if correct.
