How to enable the permission at 80 SharePoint site collections?

Hi All,

CEO has full control on existed SharePoint site collections. Now, i want to enable full control permission to CEO on newly created 80 SharePoint site collections without using powershell script in single attempt. How can i enable the permission?

Hi,

I m talking about Power Automate (MS Flow). OOB I dont have idea that It can achived.
If you just want for 1 User, You can add that particular user as o365 Admin, which will enable that user to access all the site collection across the tenante.(in Case of online)

Hi Vikas,

Thanks for the quick response. I think you are discussing about Power Apps. But i am not familiar with that. But can't we acheive it at OOB level (SharePoint 2013 or SharePoint Online).

Hi, You can think of using Power Automate, to manage the permission of all the site at one go. In power Automate, you can also use rest API to manage the permission. Please let me know if it helps.
