How to Extract Text from Word Document ?

Hi Friends,
I am trying to extract specific text from word document based on coordinates, i have been searching many sites on this requirement ,but no luck. How to set the coordinates to the word document text ?

if any one know about this, could you share the answer.

You might need to use OCR features to recognize text from pre-defined areas or zones on the image. I am using OCR engine from leadtools (development toolkit) to recognize text from images. They support loading Word documents as raster images with different resolutions.
