How to get data from autogenerated column

As Per My Knowledge...

 

TO Get The Data From Auto Generated Column in grid view..you need to compare the column text and then get the cell value of that particular column

Suppose

string columnName="Amount";

foreach (var col in gvSample.Columns) 
{ 
if (col.Text.ToLower().Trim() == columnName.ToLower().Trim()) 
{ // hiding the column from the grid view.     
  col.Visible = false; 
//Or Do Something
} 
}
