How To Get Employee Absent Report

I Have The Employee In Out Data In Sql Table Like 

 

1 2017-12-11  1900-01-01 08:38:38.000  OUT

2  2017-12-11     1900-01-01 08:39:21.000      IN

3  2017-12-11     1900-01-01 08:41:06.000     OUT

4  2017-12-11     1900-01-01 08:42:13.000     IN

 

I Have To Generate The Absent Report Ignoring The Sundays And  Second Fourth Saturday 

 

For Example

 

Emp Id   Name  Absent Dates

1            ABC     1/1/2018
