How to Get 1st Column value from GridView

hi guys

how r u all?

i wanna delete my record from database and record bind with gridview and i also bound checkbox with gridview. i want to do this like 1st user click on checkbox or select the record which wants to delete then press delete button to delete those records which was selected.
