How to get to know groupbox count in windows form

In windows form application , there is form which have more than 5 group box each group box have different control.

So i want to know how many groupbox are present in page.

Try this.
public IEnumerable GetAllControls(Control control,Type type)
{
    var controls = control.Controls.Cast();

    return controls.SelectMany(ctrl => GetAllControls(ctrl,type))
                              .Concat(controls)
                              .Where(c => c.GetType() == type);
}

private void frmMaster_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
    var c = GetAllControls(this,typeof(GroupBox));
    MessageBox.Show("Total Controls: " + c.Count());
}

this.Controls.Cast().Count();
