how to get updated record from database to c# application

Use After Update trigger in Stored Procedure

put  an additional field to the table 'Status' if data Inserted status '0' if update status '1'. then get the record of that perticular status '1' into C# (frontend or do your action i.e., display, caluclate etc.. ) when your action complete then set record status to '0'

try sqlDataadapter with update method. it will return a single row affected value
