How to group two lines with the same ID but different values

hi friends

As you see I have the same Num_attachement but two lines me I want to display just one line but with the values of the rows that are different

More reason I want to display the same ID for example 'AT / 1415' but the other columns will be different

The 'marche.Num_marche' column is not valid in the HAVING clause because it is not contained in an aggregate function or in the GROUP BY clause.

The idea is to use the inner query to identify the records which have a ARIDNR value that occurs 1+ times in the data, then get all columns from the same table based on that set of values.
